Panalpina chosen as Huawei's prime LSP

Panalpina has been nominated by Huawei Technologies, one of the world's top telecommunications companies, as prime Logistics Service Provider for their China-Brazil end-to-end business.

Under the three-year agreement, Panalpina handles all international air freight (several thousand tons) from China to Brazil as well as the full logistics services at destination including local distribution and warehousing.

Furthermore, for all ocean freight movements into Brazil, Panalpina acts as back-up carrier.

«This is an important milestone in our relationship with Huawei», says Sandro Knecht, Chief Marketing & Sales and Supply Chain Management Officer at Panalpina. «It adds to an already successful collaboration that has been continuously expanded over the past years».
